Flour Mill

We have a fabulous new flour mill ready to grind some fresh flour for you.

You can have wheat, rye, kamut, buckwheat, rice, quinoa, millet or amaranth ground.

It is now also possible to make besan flour from chickpeas, and to grind linseeds too.

Spelt - why isn't any grain available?

I can recommend the Kamut grain that we have in store though. It's delicious, and a fine substitute for spelt.

Mango is back!

Perfectly dried, not too tough or too sticky, just right.

It is spray free, not certified organic.

Community Foods last held a strategic planning exercise 5 years ago.  When we reviewed the goals made then, we noticed that many of the things we wanted to do we have successfully achieved.
