  • Learn the soil method for growing pea sprouts and sunflower sprouts
  • You will also be provided with a glass jar kit to get going at home
  • In addition we are preparing yummy sunflower-sprout trays already started for you to take home and nurture
  • You will also participate in starting your own tray from scratch.
  • Hand -outs will be given with essential info on nutrition, temperature control and much much more
  • Plus time for questions and answers
